Complaint handling and dispute resolution process

Please get in touch with us right away.

In the first place, our Customer Service Team is available to assist you and strives to give you the quickest solution possible.

You will be contacted to continue the conversation within 5 working days of us receiving your complaint.

Our Customer Service team is the best team to get in touch with if you need to inform us about a problem with a product after it has been delivered to your home. We will ask you for crucial details and images to help us identify the problems.

Escalating the complaint

If you're not satisfied with our response, please let the person who is handling your inquiry know so they can explain it to you better.
